Moisteners striking this gain the ability to move living things with their minds, drawing on the fact that most living things are made of water. Moisteners can levitate the targeted subject off the ground a bit to transport them, or just fling some poor Ice Elemenstor around. It's a little cruel, but they problably deserve it.
