Ballad of Sipriden

A famous song about the bard Sipriden. Many believe Sipriden himself to have written it.

 

"Oh, great Sipriden

Ye wandered and meandered and traveled the world

Ye wrote us songs and we danced on the floor

Ye willst not be forgotten

We'll na'er forget ye

Ye won't be forgotten."

-The first six lines of the Ballad of Sipriden

 

Obviously, Sipriden had lost some of his former prose. Nonetheless, this ballad is a popular work often performed by Actors and is considered one of the great "classics."
