Beadbeerbeard

Also known as Tripple B, or Chubby Monday, Beadbeerbeard is an extravagant carnival held annually by the Dwarves. Raucus music is played, fatty food is served, booze flows like rivers, and the traditional dance of Smorgasborg is performed. A community dish, called Stoo, is made in a gigantic cauldron using every ingredient the community can get its hands onto.

Beadbeerbeard is celebrated both in public, as well as in smaller private parties. It begins on the 14th day following Sockeve and lasts for nine days of masked balls, parades, marching, and general insanity. A pair of male and female Dwarves are chosen to be the Beadbeerbeard King and Queen of the party. Usually for the sake of irony these are chosen from the ugliest and most unpopular Dwarves in the land.

Humans usually associate the day with the horrifying amount of Dwarven nudity. The more nude a Dwarf is, the more silver beads they recieve. The Dwarf with the most beads at the end of the nine days recieves a special prize, usually a large amount of gold.
