Seeing as how Noodlenia is mostly wilderness and forest, more forest isn't really that notable. However, in this particular woods, there's an organic, gigantic "McDonald's" sign growing organically from the ground in one of the most blatant and offensive examples of product placement within the entire sprawling ELotH:TES franchise.
