Borold Gravelsnot III

Borold Gravelsnot III is best known for his surprise appearance in Book 6 which fans enjoyed. Nobody knew about it beforehand, and many remarked it was the first time in years that they viewed the book series with anything other than jaded disapproval. His appearance in Book 6 was, in fact, decidedly brief. A few fans believe Tycho Brahe simply ran out of character names, as Borold's actions seem entirely out of character.

Discussion

I think you mean antagonist. Gorg Stinkrot was the bad guy.
Although Borold's appearance in Book 6 was brief, it was extremely important to the story. After all, he did kill Gorg Stinkrot, the protagonist of the book. Borold also appeared in Book 5, however it's a while since I read that book and I don't remember whether he was important to the story line. Someone more versed in ELotH:TES lore than I should fill in these details.
We don't talk about Book 6 because we don't read Book 6. That horrid blot upon ELotH:TES is the finest example of Brahe's rapidly depleting wit and inductive faculties, and the fact that references to it even appear in this wiki are a testament to the noble character of the finest of elothtes devotees, who truly understand the series for the good literature it once was the the dreck it has become. -TychoCelchuuu
