Catacaust
Named by an extremely arrogant Fire master from days of old and yore, this truly Epic gear is a combination Cataclysm and Holocaust, therefore finely tuned to offend as many people as possible through name alone. Gobs of molten-hot energy rain down from above, the earth splits apart and spews flame, and the air around the gears striking point bursts into desert-heat siroccos. There have been few surviving witnesses to the use of this ultimate Gear of Flame, and those that did survive usually have dry eyes- Dry, powdery, and departed from their sockets.
- Note that while this gear is most definetly Epic, it does not naturally use the Ur-Element Epic. Adding Epic to this gear would result in an Epic Catacaust, and likely a Re-Re-Sundering

I was always fond of this gear, widespread destructive power and all. Plus, "holocaust" literally means "sacrifice in flame," so I was ne'er that offended by it. Now, that Water gear Smegmamorphosis really wigged me out...

Yeah, that one freaks me out enough that I have yet to even come CLOSE to transcribing my old writings on it (I used to DM extensively, and still have my old notes and such, so I am completing the Gears and Professions as thoroughly as I can, and then posting re-makes of my old Gear Charts)
