Chardish's Cloak of Embiggening

Created by the Elemenstor Enn-Wyn Chardish in 10,219, the famed Cloak of Embiggening immediately embiggens the wearer up to ten times the wearer's size in both physical stature and spirit. The cloak is also embiggened, so the wearer doesn't look like they're being strangled from behind by a particularly aggressive napkin.

As soon as the cloak is removed, the wearer is properly de-bigulated to its normal size.

It's a perfectly cromulent cloak.
