This ring grants the bearer a power like no other: upon command, it gives the bearer control of any item which contains a number in its name. The item will magically levitate to the feet of whoever was wearing the ring.

To gain control of an item, you must clench the fist on which the ring is located and point at the item in question, screaming out its name. Once this has been done, the ring will stop at nothing to gain control of the item.
