Continental Plate Armor

This armour, forged in the bowels of the world, is not suitable for mortal use, as it weighs in excess of sixteen billion rotary tillers (see Weights and Measures) per peice. However, it is completely proof against any weapons up to and including direct meteoric strike of a size suitable to cause the extinction of all life on the surface.

Research and exploration has yet to determine what sort of being would wear or even build this armour, and the thought of what sort of weapons it might have been forged to protect against strikes fear into even the stoutest investigator.

Continental Plate Armour appears briefly in Book 3, where it is being examined by Norbo the Itinerant Investigator from a great height.
