The Council of Elves

Referred to by the Elves as c'wee'kl'Merri'llmnbar.

• The Council of the Hidden Moon.

When the Elves first began to stretch across the lands of Battal, they held council with one another through a governing body known as the Council of Elves. Its rule was long (by the standards of Men and the decisions of the council were wise, but shortly after the sundering, the council was disolved as it was realized that the factions of Elves where too different in needs and philosophy to be bound together by a single ruling entity. Not until the Unlight War would the Elves again work as one united race.

• Scrape Patchedpants, Regent of the Dim Elves
• Ly'riarranaasa, Elven Witch Queen of the Elf-Witches
• K'los, Enchanted Forest King of Extremely Elves
• Gribow Sleepyeyes, unpopular King of the High-Elves (a group of his subjects would break away go on to create the faction of The Low-Elves)

Ethollrill of the Nevelost attended the final council meeting, although in no official capacity.
