Bogyn's Nastiness Rating: Ranges from 6 (Not Very Nasty at All) for minor Dark Spirits to 97 (Nastiness Incarnate) for Dark Spirits that appear as beautiful women but can metamorph and destroy entire cities

Just as many Elemanifestations produce creatures that embody their corresponding element, there are equivalents for the Dark Elemenstors to conjure and command.

While the creatures of Elemenstation are usually known as Elementals, the manifestations of Unlight, Blood, etc., are known as Dark Spirits. They occasionally come into the world of Battal apparently of their own will, and are dangerous in proportion to their power.

The lesser ones are mere minor evils, doing nothing more than worsening a case of the flu or putting out the cook-fire inconveniently. The greatest are epic menaces in their own right, such as the Tyrant of Otherhood and The Mighty and Merciless Magic Almon Keykingstaff, who was one of the greatest of their number to ever appear.
