Description

The goddess of raucus folk music. Described as both impish and spritely (art work of her is below), Depeche Maude was a rather popular character introduced in The Shandman. Never seen without a top hat or an umbrella, Maude roamed the "Wakescape" of Battal, bringing raucus folk music to those in need of it, particularly those who had not yet realized their need.

The Really High Pitched Flute is said to have been thrown into the heavens by Depeche Maude.

Depeche Maude's true name is Aria, making her one of the Alliterations of Immortality.
