An endless library where all knowledge and wisdom in the universe can be found. Every book ever written is in here, organized by a number system. It is ruled over by a minor knowledge god, Dewey o' Fines, who flies through the stacks in the form of a giant owl wearing glasses.

It is theorized that any location with a sufficient number of books can open a gateway to this plane.
