Drench

The purpose of this Gear was originally to protect the striker from flames by drenching them with water that keeps them soaked for an unusually large amount of time, allowing them heightened resistance to flame and the ability to say, run into burning buildings to rescue babies.

Most just prefer to use it to drench other people, as Water Elemenstors can be spiteful bastards.
