EARTHQUAKE

An outcast set of "pro-life" Vampyre rebels from Final Furniture VII, EARTHQUAKE formed the other four members in Fogg Struggl's party for the first part of the game.

The team hired Fogg Struggl to help defeat Vhadxi's cruel treatment of all things living by serving as bait. While Fogg aids the vampyres in the destruction of a vital Shadia power crystal, he immediately turns upon them, as he believes Vhadxi should have the right to choose who he is interested in killing.

Ironically, later in the game Fogg and his crew discover a door to the next dungeon has been sealed in a manner that only his now-dusted former companions could open. Eolia briefly pauses to lament, "Oh, why must they who are for life and those who are for choice argue endlessly, when such much more important matters are at stake?", stated while staring directly at the player.

EARTHQUAKE (which stands for "VampyrEs ARrest THe QUesting Accelerant of Killing Engine") was consistent of:

  • Bresden, a rail-thin warrior with a pair of sickles as his weapons.
  • Diona, a plain vampyre woman with a giant flaming handsaw as a weapon.
  • Peta, a mutant vampyre who attacks with weasels he lights on fire using a gland in his forearm.
  • Bold, a gender-neutral being who, as he reveals in a five-minute speech, symbolizes the philosophical zombie and fights with a bladed novelty sombrero.
