Elemenstor Fitness Day

Established in a valiant attempt to encourage physical fitness amongst future generations of Elemenstors, this summer holiday invented by Lander Phoenixsong has been his greatest failure.

Elemenstors are not a health-oriented people in general, with the ability to let Elemanifestations and gears do much of their necessary physical labor.

In addition, a Festival in Battal featuring excercise, swimming, track meets, and sit-up contests doesn't fit in with every other feast - usually involving a great deal of alcohol and fried meat and not carrot sticks and ranch dip.

Elementors are still obligated to take part in the "festivities", but the day comes to a close with many scrapes, charlie horses, cramps, bruises, and a great deal of whining and panting.
