Epic Legends of the Hierarchs: Hero Drop!

PC, 2006. A fan-made video game based on the Epic Legends of the Hierarchs comic book. More famous for its hilarious translation and cute graphics than its simple (though compelling) gameplay. A small fan-game made in Japan, Hero Drop! is a browser game based on the Epic Legends of the Hierarchs comic book. The main character is usually Horizon, who plays through 37 stages of action and simple puzzles. The graphics are bright and in a cutesy manga style, with soothing music and a rather inconsistant English translation (done with a combination of a Japanese-English dictionary, Babelfish, and random flopping at a Cyrilic keyboard).

The most memetic part of the game is whenever the main character (usually Horizon, Twilight, or Crisis) drops by I'den for healing; she greets the player with a jubilant "I am nurse! Do you need shot?" The statement has inspired a small fad's worth of images. For example:
