Flavor Text Errata

Flavor Text Errata to Wizbits Elemenstor Battle are issued for a variety of reasons. The first was to the Unwashed Male Courtesan from Vanish: The Power, amending a lengthy and profane quote to read simply "I hugged your mother in a grown-up way." in response to parental complaints about the tone and word choice of the original flavor text. As the card was not actually reprinted with the new text, some parents were unmollified.

The most common use of FTE is to correct for inconsistencies in the universe as presented by card flavor text. FTEs are also issued on occasion to correct for inconsistencies between cards and other canon sources or to clarify ambiguities.
