Fungal Footstools are actually a large mushroom-type being found deep within The Dank. The mushrooms are harvested by the Luskfish Clan who inhabit The Dank with an unusally sharp sickle. (As far as we can tell, this causes no real pain to the Fungal Footstools themselves). Once cut from the base, they are strapped to small rafts and floated back to their villages. The stems of the mushrooms are dipped into a hot resin to ensure a stiff base, perfect to help them with their adventuring. More fanciful Fungal Footstools are then covered in a corse fabric woven from the Fafa plant.
