Description

Gaia is the Earth Mother God of the mighty minotaur. Her appearance is not described by the minotaurs as they see it as disrespectful, however her beauty is always extolled and Gaia's bodyparts are used to anthropamorphize different objects (the forests are the hair on her head, the hills are her utters, etc.). Gaia is the creation goddess and the spirit of nature reveared in poetry and song of these people. She is the one who created Battal and gave birth to Mighty Taur and the minotaur race.

Her power is invoked by the mystic Minotaur Shaman and many a long epic chant has been devoted to her in the Minotaur Tongue. Even the most bloodlusty of the Minotaur, whether they be feral outcast or Hammer Lord, pays reverence to her presence in the early hours before the dawn, between the time when one rises and one either starts grazing or contemplating the death of their enemy.
