Gargoyle's Breath

At first this sounds like an impressive name, until one remembers that Gargoyles just kind of sort of spit water out their mouths. Thus, this gear allows a Water Elemenstor to spit an unusual but large amount of water out of their mouth. It is kind of creepy, really, like watching someone urinate from their face.

Aside from scaring Cats, and putting out very small fires, there's not much use for it.

Just like urination.
