Geotelespacial Fractarent

There are two theories behind the events of The Great Breakening. Amongst students of Elementics, the Geotelespacial Fractarent was the more popular. It was postulated that whenever Sorcerer or Elemenstor caused something to be portgated or Airported or any other sort of instantaneous transportation, matter was shunted off to an unspecified location somewhere in Timenes and spacenes and then popped out at the desired destination. However, not all the matter was transported - an infintesimally small amount was stuck in this theoretical time and space fractal matrix that began to accumulate more and more excess mass.

Eventually, the secondary mass from all of the movement spells and gears in the history of Battal manifested itself simultaneously in the atmosphere of the planet, causing an incredible meteorite made up of various bits of matter to plummet out of the sky and strike the world with such devastating force that it split the coninents into smaller landmasses.

Theory "B" is that a big cow fell out of the sky and broke some crap up. The Minotaur, of course, have their own opinion as well, but most consider it to be "a load of bull". However, the people who make puns descibing Minotaurs with commonplace bovine idioms/colloquialisms usually get slapped in the face a lot for not being clever.

In conclusion, it is a controversial subject.
