Grand Chief Itemstrator

The title for the ruling head of the Item Law Makers Guild. The Grand Chief Itemstrator is in charge of enforcing and mantaing the Item Laws to absolute perfection, his word truly is law. He also controls the Item Death Squad and is the only person outside of the faction to have any control over it's members.

The first Grand Chief Itemstrator of the Item Law Makers Guild was a very powerful elemenstor by the name of Lord Ghor Gon Zolma, who is credited with the creation of the Item Law Makers Guild.

It is written in the bylaws that if the position is vacated, by death or by choice a new Grand Chief Itemstrator will be appointed by the previous Itemstrator. If the previous Itemstrator is deceased, his spirt will be called upon to make a descision, and will not be allowed to rest until one is made. The position is good for life, or until one decides to retire.

The Grand Chief Itemstrator during most of the TRotE period was Lord Quintak Hoch.
