Grand Elemenstor

A Grand Elemenstor is usually a master of a particular Element, chosen as the representative figurehead from that Element's High Elemenstors. As it is often difficult to reach a consensus amongst a group of people who so regularly run around with super powers, the Grand Elemenstor is further demarcated by the possession of a Wand.

The first Grand Elemenstors were the Four Underdogs who founded the Cerulean Citadel.
