Grand Sage Timmothy's Fantastic Book of Bug's n' Stuff
Written by an enthusiastic young Elemenstor, Grand Sage Timmothy's Fantastic Book of Bug's n' Stuff was an amusing young text on various kinds of monsters found throughout The Shield, as well as legends from all across Battal. Or, that's what it was ostensibly. The first printing run accidentally mixed the covers of Grand Sage Timmothy's Fantastic Book of Bug's n' Stuff with the contents of another book with the same number of pages, The Impossibly Vulgar Adventures of Killfuck Deathshitter. Hilarity ensued.
Some think this debacle is an amusing callback to the many many many Merchandise and Collectibles related to the Saga, and General Defense Dynamics's many times it had to swoop in to come to the reparations rescue. Others point out that, due to a printing error in the 5th edition, the page in Book 4 mentioning the Fantastic Book of Bug's n'Stuff was accidentally replaced with explicit Creak photography left behind by a worker on the printing press. The sheer amount of irony inherent in the situation has driven many into bouts of well-rounded lulz.

Are you sure this is right? I don't see another single refference to printing presses or any other kind of industrialisation. In fact the whole idea of a printing press or other such type of conventional machine clashes very strongly with the mood of the ELotHtES universe. - Quizatzhaderac
Pretty sure--I don't think there were any machines involved, however. Wasn't it some kind of "chain of block-wielding peasants" who wouldn't know what they were printing anyway? -Jute Mill
Makes sense. - Quizatzhaderac
