Gravimation

A technique used by Carry Elemenstors as an alternative method for animating objects. Unlike the method practiced by Stream Elemenstors, Gravimation involves directly controlling an object's every move via the manipulation of local gravitational forces.

Objects under the influence of Gravimation are literally carried by way of an excessively complicated combination of natural forces. Using said forces to accurately approximate natural movement is beyond the abilities of all but the most skilled Carry Elemenstors, and most of those are too deeply apathetic and depressed to even try. Thus, Gravimated objects tend to eerily float, scrape, bounce or plummet rather than move in any logical fasion.

As a result, using Gravimation to create a demented sort of Furniliar is widely regarded as a waste of time as well as a damaging blow to the already suffering image of the Carry Elemenstor. Through the use of Gravimation, Carry Elemenstors are also able to crudely replicate many of the abilities of Stream Elemenstors, earning them the playful moniker, "Unoriginal Assholes."

Gravimation does, however, have a practical application in battle. Using the brutish forces of gravity to wrest control of other Elemenstors' Furniliars is believed to be one of the few genuinely useful skills posessed by Carry Elemenstors. Additionally, gravimated objects wreak untold havok on other objects that enter their field.
