Harmak the Horny

One of the high diplomats of the Quilp. Known as Harmak the Quilly in his youth, he gained his updated title after coming to the rescue of the Quilp. In their most dreaded day of tragedy, Almost A Day No Cows Would Die, the cow-slaughterers amongst the Quilp were having an unusually difficult time in horribly ending the lives of cows for use in making shoe leather and appeasing their dearly departed goddess. Harmak pulled through and, using surprisingly fast motion for a Quilp, brought the slaughtermeisters up to quota in a matter of minutes. The Quilp celebrated by killing more cows. The coagulated cow blood stuck Harmak's quills together, forming distinctive horns, hense his title.

Despite his skill at cow-murder, Harmak was an incredible diplomat, and managed to talk down The Great War Of The Warlords.
