Heatstroke

A really nasty Gears that causes the target's body temprature to spike suddenly, causing confusion, muscle cramps, nausia, faiting, convulsions, and eventually organ failure and death.

Ironically, it can also be used to heal, as using it on someone suffering from hypothermia or frostbite will cure them in a jiffy.
