Highest Plane

Many Elemenstors, upon discovering the planes, are surprised to find that the universe has a bottom and a top. The top of the universe is the aptly-titled Highest Plane, a strange caricature or mirror of Battal populated with beings found nowhere on the world it reflects.

A notable quality is that every being on the Highest Plane is slightly detatched, dizzy, and mildly paranoid, because the Highest Planes have the approximate oxygen density of a high mountaintop, fitting its position at the top of all reality. Other side effects of the thin atmosphere include slurred reflexes, bloodshot eyes, and increased appetite. The Highest Plane is unpleasant to most, though many Wasted Elemenstors enjoy taking visits to there, as the occupants are so dazed that every word spoken by an Elemenstor of any kind is exalted as a profound statement.
