The city of Hijinkis is the highly-inappropriate name for the soul-crushing city located in The Sickle. The most industrial city in all of Battal, with massive smitheys and all manner of corrupting magic cast within its walls.

 

It has had numerous leaders, all with a minimal acknowledgement of, much less a concept of, the value of human(oid/esque) life. The most experiments into clockwork have been tested within its soot-stained walls, and a secret contingency of Dark Elemenstors gleefully experiment on human(oid/esque) experiments.

 

Unofficially, it was an excuse to bring in cyberpunk-esque elements of body-warping power amplifiers and megacorperations into ELotH. Also, degenerated Furry People.
