An unfortunate creature and relative of Griffins and Gryphons. It has the forelegs, wings, and head of an eagle - and the rear end of a hippopotamus. It is entirely ridiculously looking, cannot fly, cannot swim - and is basically a symbol of lameness and uselessness throughout Battal.
