Back to Feasts and Holidays
Holywood
An austere minotaur holiday that marks the beginning of the spring Calving Season.
Minotaur, both young and old, are encouraged to bring seven varieties of medicinal tree back to prevent sickness. Offerings are also made to the Mighty Taur made of simple wooden carvings to ensure goodluck.
At dusk, there is a ritual involving burning the figure of a dog pack in effigy, followed by the striking of a bronze dog-statue representing illness, with the herd's largest hammer.
