The Hurricane in a Bottle

The volatile hurricane in a bottle is a rare yet somehow inexpensive method of successfully blowing any of your enemies to the far reaches of the known universe. Surprisingly enough, the hurricane is more like a tornado, the bottle being several feet long. But using the even rarer Ray of Undecidedly Dangerous Tasks That May or May Not Shrink Certain Items to a Convenient Size, the hurricane in a bottle may become (maybe) a hurricane in a bottle in a pocket.

The only known method of acquiring this rare but not too pricey object, is to have the bottle forged, yes forged, by the often exploding Fire Melfs within the first 23 1/2 seconds of its life. This is incredibly difficult, seeing as the fiery explosions of the Fire Melfs are usually either too hot or too cool to actually make a nice bottle with the capabilities of holding any form of weather inside it. So after the Fire Melfs appropriately melt the glass, a Witch can do the required "magic" to create this object.
