Huzzan Jamal
(1963-present)
Jamal is a famous literary critic, and transsexual beat poet who has been noted for his almost uncanny ability to discover hot underground trends, and put his foot in the middle of them.
Jamal's most recent writings have been focused on the literary deconstruction of TSotS, and its impact on modern fantasy genres. He has come down positively on the side of the 'Neutered-Gender fantasy psyche wish fulfillment' arguments and suggested that they can be applied as a model for understanding the Ur-erotic imagery that is employed throughout post-Reaganomic fantasy ligature (A.K.A., TSotS). He has further gone on record to suggest that Tycho has employed in ELotH:TES a brilliant, yet utterly nihilistic/psychedelic style of prose that evoke an almost Proustian take on the supporting character's Id. It is unclear which side of the ELotH:TES/TSotS bebate he comes down on, however.
While controversial, his articles have created quite a stir in the Academic world, who previously seemed to be oblivious to The ELotH:TES phenomena.
Discussion

bfg00 | True but it has been somewhat ignored as of recently in academic circles. |
