The personal weapon of Duchess Downpour, it was a 3-foot long staff that could basically summon Fire comprised of Death energy that caused even more pain than the regular burny fire.

Her constant use of it left unsightly scorchmarks all throughout the Ebony Citadel, but were luckily mostly unnoticiable due to the black marble that comprised most of the fortress.
