A trumped up name for a rather simple Gear that gives the striker gills, allowing them to breathe under water, and swim around without coming up for air.

Humorously, it can also be used offensively, because the gills temporarily replace a person's or Creature's lungs. Thus, casting it on a foe on land will result in being able to witness them flopping around on land and gasping while they search for some water.
