King Basarack the Rich

King Basarack was rich, not just regular rich but epically stinking, filthy like a peasant rich. So rich you had to wear a monocle and top hat in his presence, because just being near him made your net worth go up astrolonomically.

He also had a penchant for doing things just cause he could, because he was so unbelievably rich. For example he found Lord Hopebane's ashes, ground them with mortar and built a small hut out it. Then he had it banished to one of the nastiest planes.
