Knack: Hailing a Cab

 

Description

With Knack: Hailing a Cab you never need to walk. Stick out your thumb, whistle, and cry "Hey, TAXI!".

 

Depending on the location you may end up summoning a horse-drawn carriage, a pedalo, an underground burrowing machine, a riding beast or some other similar conveyance.

 

Note that this knack does not give the player the ability to get the driver to take the shortest route, give you the best rate, count correct change, or even find the correct destination.

 

 

Gaining Knack

Requirements for adding this knack to your character. Usually gained by spending quest points gained through adventuring.

A character who successfully catches a taxi without using this skill (a truly epic feat on its own) gains a 10% chance to gain Knack: Hailing a Cab. Alternatively it can be bought by spending quest points.

Losing Knack
