Technologically/Enchantationatory Inclined Items Infractions Clause

1. Under no cirumstances will any object be both enchanted and technological.
1. Technological artifacts are defined as:
1. Anything with functional gears.
2. Anything with a non-living and non-enchanted power source.
3. Any object that has nonmagical operations beyond the comprehension of a typical Elemenstor.
2. In cases of infraction:
1. Should anyone enchant a prexisting technological object the Item Death Squad will be sent to destroy both the object and its creator.
2. Should any prexisting enchanted object become technological* it will be destroyed but the creator spared.
3. Should any item be made enchanted and technological at the same time the item, it's creator and all users will be purged from time itself.

*ex. As in case where a "ghost" became associated with computers so that it could be a mystery solving "writter".
