X and Q Naming Quota Restriction

 

  1. Only the names of toe rings and brooms may contain exactly three X's or Q's.
    1. In the event that a broom is named with four Q's, the last Q in the name shall be changed to an X.

Notes

So feared were the enforcers of item laws, that even the mighty Yoxor Xxar obeyed this law.
