Laws Governing Items Possessed by a Being

1. Any Item that has a being that lives in said Item is entitled to 45% of the sale of said Item.
2. A Being that lives in an Item can never be evicted from living in said Item.
1. Should a Being that lives in an Item want to move to a different Item it is the responsibility of the Being to advertise for a new resident Being, and a new Being must be ready to move into the Item before the current resident Being can move from said Item. Advertisements must state at the very least: the effective living space of the item in square squith, what the taxes and common charges on the Item are, and what school district the Item is in.

Interpretation

A Being may be a demon, spirit, ghost, genie, etc...

This is not intended to be an exhaustive definition of Beings which may occupy Items.

Notes

Law 488 prevents the souls of the War Men from inhabiting an Item.
