Law #146

Yodeling Item Proscription

1. Any item found to bear a yodeling enchantment of any kind, regardless of volume or skill are absolutely forbidden. If an item is found to be enchanted in said way, the wearer, creator and any voluntary listeners shall be dealt with by the Item Death Squad and the item will be confiscated and destroyed.
2. Items enchanted to first deafen all surrounding beings and subsequently begin yodeling shall be destroyed as soon as the Item Law Makers Guild is able to determine whether or not any yodeling does in fact occur.
3. Any wearers of enchanted items that are themselves yodeling will be forced to prove that it is the wearer yodeling, and not the item. If this is the case, the wearer shall be confiscated and destroyed, and the item shall pass to the next of kin whom shall be bound by Law 62
