Item Usage Definition

 

  1. Upon their creation items must be given a usage definition as being either offensive, defensive, supportive, unsupportive, active, or passive.
    1. Offensive: Item is to be used in a way to hurt or harm a being, object, idea, etc. either mentally, physically, spiritually, magically, etc.
    2. Defensive: Item is to be used to ward off hurt or harm to a being, object, idea, etc. either mentally, phsyically, spiritually, magically, etc.
    3. Supportive: Item is to be used to aid or provide an advantage to a being, object, idea, etc.
    4. Unsupportive: Item is to be used to provide a disadvantage to a being, object, idea, etc.
    5. Active: Item is to be used through a willful action of a being, object, idea, etc.
    6. Passive: Item is to be used without willful action of a being, object, idea, etc.
  2. An item is allowed to have more than one usage definition however additional forms will be required for each additional definition beyond the first as well as a fee of 10 Curld per extra definition.
  3. Definitions are not to be part of the offical item name but rather a designation given to the item for the purposes of deciding and clarifying usage.
  4. Misuse of item will incur a 4000 Curld fine for the first infraction and the destruction of the item in question for the second infraction plus the misuser will be given into the hands of the Item Death Squad.
    1. Law 270 will be implemented in cases appropriate to its purview for deciding punishment.
