Item Law #16

Primary Purpose Law

1. All Items crafted must have a primary Purpose.
1. A primary Purpose of an Item shall be defined as that role which the Item was created to fill.
2. A primary Purpose cannot violate any existing laws or any laws which the Item creator knows shall one day exist.
2. No Item shall be crafted with a design that makes it impossible to use to its primary Purpose.
1. If the primary Purpose of the Item is to be impossible to use at all, an exception is made.
2. If the primary Purpose of the Item is to be impossible to use for its primary Purpose, but the Item can be used for secondary or tertiary purposes seperate from the primary, an exception will be granted in the event that a vote by the Item Law Makers Guild determines the secondary and tertiary purposes are of sufficient "oomph."
1. Oomph will constitute an agreement between the crafter of the item and the Grand Chief Itemstrator.
