Item Law 162

Transformation Safety Act

1. All item induced transformations will be uninterruptible unless one or more of the following conditions are met:
1. Transformation would result in a power that could not be stopped by any means either at the time of the transformation and/or past/future.
2. Transformation would result in a power that could destroy the entire universe.
3. Transformation occurs on an unwilling person.
4. The interrupter possesses an item that can interrupt the transformation induced by the other item.
5. Transformation would violate established Item Law.
2. When conditions are met for interruption, the interrupter is allowed to interrupt the transformation through any means they can provided that it is sutiably epic for the item in question. The more epic the item the more epic the action must be to interrupt it.
