Restrictions on Use of Timenes-Manipulating Items

 

  1. Items created with the express Purpose of manipulating Timenes are forbidden to anyone other than a chronosorcellor.
    1. However, the law excludes a great number of devices, which, when assembled properly, could possibly unlock secrets of Timesorc'ley (see Law 88).
    2. It is the buyer's responsibility to not do so.
  2. Punishment will be meted out based on the affect of the user on Timenes.
