Item Citizenship Law

 

  1. Items that are enchanted with a consciousness and that are or are not self aware have no rights as a citizen whatsoever.
  2. Items that are enchanted with citizenship are not assumed to be conscious.
    1. Any item enchanted with citizenship is not self aware, as it is a citizen and citizens are not self aware.

 

 

Notes

 

It should be a matter of debate as to whether or not citizens are self aware, but none of the citizens of Battal have ever cared enough to debate it.
