Original Naming Requirement

 

  1. Should the Item's name already be taken, it is the responsibility of the Creator of said Item to come up with an original name within 7 business days of the Item being submitted to the Item Law Makers Guild for review, in order for the Item to be allowed to be considered for circulation.
    1. A business day is defined as any day business may be conducted without incurring the ire of the local populace.
      1. The local populace is defined as all peasants close enough to hear a bell rung next to the Item's creator. This also includes deaf peasants near peasants who can hear the bell.
        1. Deaf peasants near peasants who can hear the bell is defined as all deaf peasants close enough to see and distinguish a peasant who can hear the bell. This also includes deaf and blind peasants near peasants who can hear the bell.
          1. Deaf and blind peasants near peasants who can hear the bell is defined as all deaf and blind peasants who can touch a peasant who can hear the bell.
            1. Touching need not be felt by the deaf and blind peasant touching, nor need it be felt by the hearing peasant who heard the bell ring.
          2. Hearing blind peasants are considered part of the local populace subject to the same restrictions as hearing sighted peasants.
      2. The size of the bell is defined as the size of an average man's head.
        1. The bell is made of whatever bells are made of in that part of Battal.
        2. The bell itself, regardless of being magic or not, is subject to this law.
