Offenses -- Criminal Infringement upon Existing Items

  1. Notwithstanding all other Item Laws, any person shall be found in infringement of an Item Law with or without their own will knowledge and desire when doing so --
    1. for purposes of commercial advantage or private financial gain,
    2. by the reproduction or distribution, including by means of enchantment, magic, sorcery or Elemenstation, during any 180-day period, of 1 or more copies of an Item, or
    3. because they have no imagination or creativity and created an Item that has been made already
