False Representation

  1. Full punishment under the Item Laws shall be given to any person who knowingly or unknowingly makes a false representation of a material fact when:
    1. applying with the Item Law Makers Guild,
    2. in any written statement filed in connection with said application,
    3. bragging about it to colleagues,
    4. marketing to customers, or
    5. threatening an enemy with the Item.
